The Foundation also offers health and wellness classes. The curriculum includes a variety of topics such as good mood foods, relaxation, positive visualization, problem-solving and conflict management. Good mood foods can develop your physical fitness and moods while strengthening your confidence, self-reliance, and cognitive functioning.
